Terms of service
Effective October 1, 2026
These terms cover this website and requests submitted to RGL Landscaping. A separate written quote or service agreement governs work you approve.
Quotes and booking
A website request is not a booking, a binding offer or a guarantee of availability. Prices and scope are confirmed after reviewing property size, condition, access and requested work. No service begins until scope, price and scheduling arrangements are agreed. Changes or extra work require approval.
Scope and payment
Only work listed in your accepted quote is included. Materials, frequency, payment timing and any cancellation charges must be stated in that agreement. Submitting this form does not authorize a charge or create a recurring subscription.
Property access and preparation
Provide accurate property details and tell us about access restrictions, pets, irrigation heads, fragile items, visible utilities and known hazards. Arrange authorized access, secure pets and remove movable items as agreed. RGL may pause work where access or conditions are unsafe.
Weather and scheduling
Service dates may change because of weather, wet ground, safety concerns or circumstances outside reasonable control. We will coordinate changes rather than perform unsafe work. Growth, weather, disease and conditions outside the agreed work can affect your landscape.
Concerns and responsibility
Contact us about service concerns or possible damage with the date and relevant details so we can review them. Each party remains responsible as applicable law and the signed agreement require. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or waives nonwaivable consumer rights.
Cancellations
Request a change or cancellation through our contact form. Applicable cancellation rights remain available, including rights that apply to certain sales made at a consumer’s home. Service-specific notice periods or fees must be provided in the accepted agreement.
Website content and use
Use the site lawfully. Do not submit false information, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access. Branding and website materials may not be reused without permission except as permitted by law. Generated promotional visuals are illustrative and do not document completed customer jobs.
Availability
The site may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Confirm service details in your written quote. Third-party links have their own terms.
Applicable law and updates
Georgia law applies where permitted, without overriding mandatory consumer protections. Updates apply prospectively and do not rewrite accepted service agreements without agreement or a legal basis.
